Teambuilding
Have you been working for a while in an Agile environment and you notice that you are not working to your full potential? Do you want to break through your work situation in less than a day? For this, Inside Outside Coaching can organize a 3 hour team building event to strengthen the team spirit of the people you work with. With this the team can take a unique step to grow into an effective and successfully functioning team for a cooperative work atmosphere that is pleasant, positive and creative. The foundation of team building is always focused on cooperation, trust and communication.
With horses, or in nature
Teams are given the option in this activity to work with horses as co-coach, because we believe that working with horses connects beautifully with Agile work. We also provide the option of working in nature without horses.

Teambuilding can be expanded to a full-day session with lunch and/or drinks. Arrangements from 175,- Euro p.p.
